Sealant

If you are trying to seal a part that is going to be rarely removed, use Rule as normal. However, if the art is going to be frequently removed (like an inspection or access panel) use the Rule sealant to create a faying surface. Basically, you make two uniform beads of sealant, one on each of the sealing surfaces and let the sealant cure fully before attaching the part. The when you attach the part the two beads will create a pressure seal against each other.
