I have an '01 186 Bay that developed the same crack last year. Like Molar's the dealer repaired it and it cracked again. Joe Behrman arranged to pick the boat up last December and do the repair in NC. Along with the repair they completed many other updates and winterized my boat as well all free of charge. Joe has been only too happy to accomodate me since then as well with a few smaller issues. The boat is fine now (I have probably had it out 30 times since) and I am more than satisfied.
