A little,
But I use my (now famous) yellow foam practice golf balls to plug them Mine is also in the process of getting another set of flapper scuppers installed (removed the noise making ball type that never sealed long ago) since we found one that was cracked and that should help greatly.

Now in the past, I never get a lot of water on the deck (maybe a 1/2 gallon on each side) even with my 150 Honda which is not light, but yes if I walked around on the back casting deck I would get a little more... Here of late though I was getting water out of the inner hull drain (suspect cracked scupper that was on that same side) was causing that issue, this while adding some extra weight and hull draft at the same time.. So I stand a possibility of not having to use the foam golf balls again once those leaks are all fixed and the hull is all drained out
