Mudd-man - I went with the 20'6"-21'5" CC cover from BassPro and have been happy with it. It also has a motor cover sewn in at the stern. It's not cheap but much less than a custom cover. The fabric breathes and is water repellant, plus has elastic-type edge that helps with the fit. I went with the 102" beam and that wasn't too big on our 96" beam boat... item # 38-560-634-01

I used three 10' PVC pipes to frame out the boat and the cover fits over the frame well...
