Cinci, thanks for the info. I noticed on the Bass Pro site that the 20' cover has a 96" beam. Do you think that is too small for the boat or would the 102" cover it better? I'm only concerned about shedding water, so the pvc may not be needed. I probably won't trailor it with the cover on either. Do you have a bow rail? I would go with the 102" if so. I do have a bow rail and the 102" seems to fit well with some excess fabric between the console and bow that is mitigated by my PVC framing. So the 96" beam may work, but my 102" beam cover fits well.
