Well, I did it. Using the stainless brackets off those long ago removed velcro gunnal foam rod holders(Bay190), ss 10-24 x 1" bolts, ss fender washers and 4 ss worm clamps, I mounted the e-box in a removable way without drilling holes in the t-top tubing.
Maybe down the road I will mount it differently but for now, I'm glad to forget about it for a while!
