Should I pay MSRP for my boat

The Triumph site gives a "build a boat" cost analysis of a new boat. When contacting a dealer should I expect to pay MSRP for my new 190 or should I expect a discount if I am writing a check and paying cash? I notice that some dealers that have last year's model are selling the stock for as little as $18,000 while a new boat is somewhere in the area of $25,000. If the markup is that great, would it be too much to expect a discount of at least 10% for cash?

As another option, what about having a number of "extras" thrown in at MSRP such as VHF, bimini, Riptide trolling motor, Lowrance 339 sonar/GPS?

Note: I live on the west coast so the dealer has the additional costs of transportation.
