I was to the point that I was ready to put the fish box drains in on my own. I went to the Triumph website and sent an email to customer service to see if they could give me advice on doing the modification.

This is the message I sent to Triumph:
Message: "I have a 2004 Triumph 210 and would like to add thru-hull
drains to the 4 fish boxes as well as thru-hull drains in the two rear
boxes under the passenger seats. Can you give me instructions on how to
do this including how to locate the correct drill placement location?.
I would appreciate your help. Thank you".

I got the following reply just now from Bryant XXXX of Triumph Boats:
"Sorry but a upgrade like this can only be done by a master service
center if you want to keep the warranty".

This sort of adds a level of confusion from earlier threads that indicate there's no warranty problems if you install them yourself.
