I found a used 191FS at a dealer in California who has 7 of these boats that were rentals for one season. They did not see much use and I think the most hours put on any of them was 35. They are all identical with 115 Yamaha 4 strokes. I think they are most likely 2004's but they could be 2003's. My question is does anybody have any suggestions for what these boats should be worth. They come with a basic Easy Loader trailer, bimini top, and all the other stock options. They have light use with some hull scratches and minor dings, stains, etc. Is there anything I should ask the dealer about besides what model year they are? Or is there anything I should be on the look out for when I inspect them again? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

They look like good all around boats. I will use it for diving in the Pacific, fishing, wakeboarding, and generally just messing around but not doing too much of any one thing. I assume this would be a fairly good fit??

The dealer is asking between 19-21k for these depending on hours and overall condition.
