You have basically two options: You can use Rule to seal the holes or you can fill them using a plastic welder. If you just want to keep water out and don't mind the holes showing, filling with Rule would work just fine. Otherwise, go the plastic welder route. There are several threads on this matter...just use the search button from the toolbar. Good luck.
