Needed a new way to throw my cast net since I never have liked biting on lead weight (I'm a dentist for crying out loud)! So tried the two techniques from those Aussie's at

and settled on the second one that puts the weight under your arm pit. After a very short while, I can get just about all casts to open good, not perfect but consistantly good. So if anyone would like a simple way, try that one, now the first one.........ugly!
