Thanks for the reply and assistance, Dick. The issue isn't the 94 primer, it's the factory's unwillingness to put enough on to make sure that the decals really stick well. I applied my own reg numbers, boat name,and 'ruler/scale' decal and haven't had
any problems with them sticking.
While your checking on the decals, please check on the "191 Side Console" decal that's located on the starboard side of the console, above the gunwhale.
