I have had my new boat (new to me) in the water a few times and now I am looking for a new propeller. The old one had a few dings in it when I bought the boat and I wanted to test the performance before I bought another one. It is 2004 170 fish(side console) with a Honda 50. The propeller is a 10 5/8 x 12 pitch. The current prop seems to let the motor tach just a little too high at WOT (maybe 200 rpm or so). Does anyone else have a Honda 50, and if so what prop are you running? I am thinking about a 13 pitch prop as a replacement.
