Left mission bay at 8:30pm headed down south in the pacific to the 1010 trench, hoping to score on the first albacore of the year. we trolled all day for no albicore. We did hit a small paddie for 13 yellowtails. Then we headed for the Hotel Coral in Ensanada mexico for the evening. We docked and had some good eats. the entire staff were real friendly and on top of thier game. Next morning we headed back out...for NO albies again. However we did get about 12 blind jig strikes on the troll of Yellowtails. At one time we got a quad hook up. We then found a paddie and ended the day there. Total count was 39 yellowtails, and 6 Bonitas.
