I would not plan on the bilge draining due to negative pressure with the type of drain plug in the 210. It may, but due to it being in a high pressure area, it will likely squirt water like a geyser rather than suck it out. That is due to the placement of the drain hole on the bottom of the hull, rather than the rear vertical plane of the transom, like most small boats.

If you put a "clam shell" like mentioned by K9RENO over the hole, it would drain as the water running past the shell would create the negative pressure needed to pull water from the bilge.

I put up a thread on the same type of install for the forward fish boxes. There are photos to illustrate my madness. They may help.
