Some of The Newer Boats now have a front support on the trailer. To aid in support for the sagging prone roperlene if not supported just right. The problem is older boats after the SAG/blem /dent /crack ect. Has occured. Will the added trailer support stop it from getting worse? But the areas that have been Strained and Stressed have been stretched buy that Stress? How do you Un stretch them and put the Original strength back in. No way that I know of.
Yes they do weld them. But as any good welder will tell you. The weakest point is now next to the weld. Unless the area is reinforced and the cause of the Material weakness is corrected. Roperlene can be a great product. But only with proper workmanship and design does. Triumph have it ????? You decide
