Welcome to the site snowman. There should be a small hole located under the bow that allows the anchor storage to drain. It may have become clogged with some debris. You might also do a search on the site using the search menu link above to find other posts where this has been addressed. Someone may have drilled a slightly larger hole but I"m not sure and wouldn't want to do it myself till getting some other input. Check with your dealer or posting a question in the "Tech Talk" forum will get the attention of Dick Cabble at Merritt Marine in Hillsborough, NC.
