2002 170DC Inner Hull Drain
Dick,
I have a 2002 170 DC that has what appears to be a factory installed drain plug on the center stringer. It can be accessed through the bilge access plate. I pulled it in the middle of last season and the foam seemed to be dry. Any other way to check for water in the inner hull? Should I be concerned with this model boat? The boat is trailer stored, is it worth the risk and effort to install a drain plug on a 170 DC?
