The 190 has a bait well shut off valve just in front of the circulator pump. Remove the 6" access plate on the deck behind the drivers seat and just in front of the bilge access hatch. Reach down there and there will be a brass valve in front of the pump and pull the handle up to close.....I think it is up anyway.
I leave mine open and put the overflow pipe in the drain hole to keep water from coming in...so, always ready to fill up the well quick if I'm getting bait with the cast net.
