If you have been a Captains Club Member for more than a year on TriumphOwners.net your original subscription may have been setup in your PayPal account as a "recurring" subscription. If so PayPal will automatically renew your subscription without checking with you first! Please check your PayPal account via the instructions below to DELETE a "recurring subscription".

From the My Account Review page of your PayPal account (main page), select history form the menu bar. A new page will scroll with a default view.
In the Search section with in the show box is a drop down menu, click on the down arrow in that box and select subscriptions.
Then in the from & to dates section, select dates that will allow your subscription info to be displayed (hint: enter the 1/1/2000 & today's date to ensure you cover all the current subscriptions). Then click on the search button.
All of your subscription info will now be displayed. To cancel a subscription, locate it in the window above and click on the cancel link in the action block.

When I discovered how PayPal does this I changed the Captains Club subscription to a non-renewing one so that a member must manually choose to renew the membership. As a Captains Club Member you will receive an email in advance of your renewal date (if you have a valid email address in your account and allow email from
admin@triumphowners.net) and you can check your subscription status here:
http://www.triumphowners.net/forums/payments.php
(Look in the "Current Subscriptions" block).
If you are charged for a Captains Club Member subscription renewal that you did not intend to make please let me know and I will refund it immediately. And if you haven't heard yet we are now offering all members a 1-year FREE Captains Club Member subscription and after the first year the renewal amount has been reduced to $15/year.
Thank you to all our Captains Club Member supporters. Please let me know if I can assist in anyway.
Blessings,
Randy
