True Dry Deck?

I would like to know if the new 235 will have a true "dry deck", the type with large scuppers somewhere in the rear of the cockpit area to allow water to flow overboard without having to be channeled first into some sub area, ie: bilge or transom well?

Second question is - Which dealer will get the first one on the west coast? When?

Thanks Randy, this is one of the best ideas the forum has come up with. I am glad the factory agreed to it.

Thanks Codfish. I have forwarded the questions to Triumph and will post their answer as soon as they respond.

Arrow Factory Response - Dry Deck?

The boat is self bailing, it has a dry deck feature or channel along the
gunnels (actually a small gutter that runs the water aft) to drains and moves the water overboard. I've attached a photo showing the deck and the channels on either side.

Your closest dealer currently would be North West Boat Center in Portland.

Fish boxes have macerators that pump overboard. Notice the recess in picture below so the water flows to the lowest point. They should be pretty dry. The two big front storage areas should be quite dry.

Thanks Randy. That goes at least one step better than the system utilized in the 210/215. Now more than ever I need to see one up close and personal, and hope they are not overpriced for my wallet.

Sure would like to see how the water gets overboard, if that is possible some time.

I've asked for more pictures and some video so hopefully we can see those soon. I'm still anxious to see it myself.
