I previously posted in another section about a graphics package to 'jazz' up the hullsides and got great responses from forum members about how to do it,
im just curious as to why the factory dosnt offer a graphics package? Thanks, Rob

As I understand it the factory works with a branding agency that came up with the reflective Triumph logo that is on the 2007-08 boats. They wanted to move away from the stripes and older sticker look to the raised logo emblem on a clean hull. So it was purely a design consideration. If you have a pre-2005 boat with stickers and need them replaced Merritt Marine has many previous model year sticker packages in stock.

Thanks for the info, as far as them looking for a 'clean hull' they definetly succeded in that dept. just a bit to plain for me.
I would have to add some striping, nothing crazy. Maybe they could offer a optional basic stripe package
I could see a boat that had colored hullsides with no striping like Polar, Key West or Edgewater but a one color hull as the Triumph needs something to break it up a bit IMHO

I bought a 2004 170CC.It had plenty of stripes and red colored striping around the Triumph logo.I thought that it dated the boat, meaning each year was a different color striping. I took the red graphics off and it helped quite a bit. The way Triumph finishes their hulls now for the last two years you can't tell what year it is by the colors. I like that. I've noticed other companies using the same looks. Tidewater,Sea Pro,etc. The plain look makes it easier for anyone wanting to add graphics, striping, etc.

I like the clean look too but I especially like the raised Triumph reflective logo. My 2006 215 was the last in the Chaos line and I really like the Chaos logo on it. Its all a matter of taste I guess.
