I just purchased a 2005 Bay 190 and am finding all kinds of upgrades that weren't advertised by the seller, much to my pleasure.
The boat is "hosed" for raw water washdown, but there is NO separate pump. Instead I have found a plug that screws into the live well water supply and plugs that outlet. My guess is that the water is then diverted to the raw water washdown outlet. It also appears that the live well outlet should have a cap on it, that is not there. There is an outlet nipple that has male and female threads, and has an outlet cut into the bottom. There must be a cap so that the water is diverted down, and not spraying straight out. Can you confirm my observations? Chris |

On my 170CC, the live well has a tube that sounds like yours. Yes, there is a screw type device that diverts the water into the slot and downward. Perhaps the original owner lost it. Try calling the factory.
