I would think Merrit Marine in NC is the largest stocking dealer. They are just a couple miles from the Triumph factory, and carry all of the old stock parts for all of the old and discontinued models. I bought my 195cc from them and I live in Cleveland OH. They were fantastic to deal with and I would buy from them again.

Mojohn,

I bought my boat from Merritt Marine but unfortunately they do not, at least they did not when I bought my boat, allow you to take a test ride. I would recommend trying to get with a Triumph owner that lives near you to set up a trial ride.

I don't think a water test is a problem at all with Merritt Marine. I am forwarding this post to them to confirm. I don't know how far a lake is from them but I know that test setups often. They tested mine on the lake after installing a bunch of electronics for me.

I contacted the folks at Merritt Marine and they are happy to provide a water test to serious buyers of a boat from them. They take their boats to a local private lake for water testing.
