e-tec bashers ( are they afraid)
thanks for the welcome. I really like all the people associated w/ triumph boats. I'm inn the market for a new 19' triumph. I've found out a lot of things boat shopping. It is amazing to me how hard some boat dealers work against e-tec. I get the feeling they are scared of the superior performance of the e-tec due to the weight, torque, emmission issues as well as hp curve. Nothing discourages me any more than people running down other people. I'm in the propane business and I never run my competitors down as I'm confident it will bite you in the long run. I sell Rinnai on-demand H20 heaters and plummers run them down left and right. I've been selling them for 7 yrs. and not 1 problem other than plumbing (imagine that). I sell 2-3 a week w/ a good mark-up and have built a good year round gas load and a lot of really happy customers that never run out of hot H20. It reminds me also of the Chevy duromax deisel and the ford guys. I own a duromax and a power stroke and I drive the chevy. Does this long story make sense? I'm going to buy a 19' triumph and the e-tec outboard. Make sense?
