Wink DVD on Triumph how-to's and maintenance

Hi folks. As many of you know I am a Film/Video Producer by profession and have recently started my own production company again. I'm planning to produce a video this spring in cooperation with Merritt Marine on general maintenance and procedures for owners of Triumph Boats. Here are some of the items we thought we would try to cover:
  • How to apply stickers to Roplene
  • How to repair scratches or gouges by welding Roplene
  • Buffing Roplene to shine (if you want to)
  • How to replace screws with Roplene powder
  • How to use Rule Elastomeric for sealing
  • Where to install a transducer
  • Lacing a t-top
  • What to look for in trailer maintenance
  • Prop removal and checking for debris
  • Consider installing an on-board battery charger system
  • Techniques for mounting down riggers
  • Cleaning the bilge pump
  • Installing Transom drains
  • Lower unit maintenance
  • Winterizing your Triumph
  • And more...

What a great idea!!! When can I buy one, before spring??? I'm a visual learner and that would help with alot of questions down the road. How about instaling a second battery on a 170cc and a bow mount trolling motor? Also how about instaling a water/fuel filter? Wow can't wait. Thanks, Bob
P.S I'll go buy a couple of t shirts to help fund it!!

Suzuki did this a few years ago on their website. Short videos on oil change and impellar replacement, etc. The fellow from ShipShape TV has some non video instructional items on DIY.com. I think new owners really should have this DVD and maybe Triumph would include one with boat purchase.
Good Luck NC, Emery

I would certainly buy the DVD. I've made several mods on my 210 from the info and photos from this website. A DVD would be great. As for ideas, how about directions on winterizing? Thanks!
