    Thumbs up t&c

purchased new 21 te march 08, so far 425 hrs of new york lower hudson and sandy hook ocean area fishing with this boat and am satisfied with the hulls perfomance and the 175 etech is a good power match up with hull. Was consitering an 2010,wish you could get the yammi 200 and am alittle concerned about genmars future. Everyone seems to think the yammi 150 is enough engine but i have my reservations. For me the hulls tuffness makes perfect sense and its deadrise and bow flare is fairly dry riding maybe just a few many hatches for my taste, but i would buy another...Will try to up load some photos, fish and manhatten, statue of liberty that kind of stuff..Any news on 2010 production yet>?

Welcome aboard! And congratulations on the 215! No word on 2010 yet, but I'll post something as soon as I know something official.

Welcome Aboard and know the area (though not like I once did) since I stationed on Governors Island for some time and patrolled those "Very Cold" waters while in the Coast Guard.

This was quite a few moons ago (late 8 Track era) and I think that USCG Station NY is now out of Staten Island if I am not mistaken? Good Striper fishing from what I recall, but I suspect that the improvement is water quality has made it even better?

Those waters can get nasty so the larger engine on your 21 was a very wise choice in my opinion Back when we had our old 210 it had a 200 Yamaha HPDI on it (though not in a stock configuration) and it would just fly but man would it drink the fuel making such high speed runs

Some recent pictures of the area would be nice!

I wish it were that simple. There is a tutorial on attaching photos to thread posts or in our Photos gallery here:
