XMWX Weather

Spoke with XM today about the weather plans. Here's some info;
1) one time only activation fee.......so if you de-activate to save money during winter, it won't cost you any extra to re-activate, upgrade or degrade in the spring.
2) "Fisherman" level will give you the most bang for the buck
3) "Mariner" level will be good for June, July & August on the Gulf since it gives you thunderstorm headings with ETA's along with other options only a weatherman could love.
4) If you want to connect to your stereo, it will deliver XM radio for some extra $
(consider using an XM Roadie portable that can play via FM signal as well as an iPod adapter that does the same if you want to save some cash and avoid running wire)
