New Honda 90 slugguish at high rpm

Anybody else with a new Honda have a similar problem. It's mounted on my 2007 195CC. Works great at all speeds, but after 20 minutes or so at high rpm craps out. Slowing to idle and then accelerating again fixes the problem for another 20 minutes or so. Suggestions I've heard: debris in the fuel tank, clogged inline filter or jets, bad antisiphon valve (is this on the gas tank?). Had it serviced at 20 hrs, now has about 40. Any other ideas?
