Leaky sea cock on 210

Has anyone had to tighten the huge fitting(2 3/8) on the baitwell drainage seacock. Mine has somehow become loose, and I have yet to find a way or a tool to begin to tackle it, less taking out the console, baitwell, and fuel tank, which I dont intend to do, Id rather hear the pump on and 0ff every 3-4 minutes. If I turn the brass neck on the seacock, it will stop at a certain point, and wont leak, I am considering slapping piles of adhesive on the whole fitting in that position.
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

The tool you need is called a packing wrench. Not very expensive but worth there weight, as I have had to tighten my before as well.

Thanks Pile Driver, that looks like it will work, and for $13, its worth a try.
