Good news!
 I had a friend come over to give me a hand in taking the outboard off the boat. After that task we slowly put the hull on the grass and tipped the boat on its side. As my friend held to boat I duct taped an air line in the center bildge. we filled the inner hull with air as I sprayed the hull with soapy water. We saw no bubbles on the outside of the hull. I am having a mechanic look at the outboard tomorrow.Cogen
