Any difference between a '01 Logic and a newer-year Triumph?

I've been looking for a 170 Fish, and was offered a pretty good price on a 2001 Logic DC, with the offer to remove one console and install the Fish package.

Would this be the same as a newer 170 Fish? How do the older Logic models stack up to the newer Triumph models?

Thanks!

Ru

The 17 fish / side console is not in production for 05, they have improved some areas of the boat other than just graphics. The gunwales after 01 are smoother and the plugs for foaming were moved to the transom. Most fish models had carpet glued to the floor. Special orders could omit the carpet. 03 the color changed to a whiter white. The bottom has not changed. They just got better at rotomolding.

ggod luck in your search i hope that you find what you are looking for. I own a 2001 logic side consel and it has given me hours of boating fun.
it has treated me well and i do not have anything negative to say about it.
i would like maybe to put a bigger gas tank in it and a stereo as well.

I also have a 01 Logic 170 and have no complaint what so ever. I fish Mosquito lagoon and fresh water lakes around Central Florida. I have been around fishing boats for 35 yrs and this is one of the easiest boats to maintain. The ride is great. It has a shallow draft and takes the rough water of winter lake fishing. It's a little short on storage but I'm getting ready to modify that with a rear deck.
