Wiring help needed

Hi Folks,
My 210 Logic is coming along and i hope to sea trial it shortly. This weekend I rigged a 1990 mariner v6 motor onto her and started to rewire her. The wiring is going smooth other than a couple of items I hope someone can help me with. The first being a push button switch under front bottom upper center console. What the heck is it for and what color wires go to it (It has 4 terminals on it.)? The second being 2 yellow w/ red stripe wires coming off the binnacle control. I assume they are a nuetral safety but being both the same color has me stumped. Any help would be appreciated. also I am rebuilding my website, comments on that would be appreciated also.
Tight Lines,
Ken Roderick

I think I figured Out the Binnacle.

After thinking about the binnacle, I figure you bring one side in from the motor than the other side out to the key switch. That seems like it should be correct.

Thanks in advance.
