I'm looking at a Logic boat. Any and all help is appreciated!

Hi all, love the site. Been browsing and lurking here for a week or more.

We looked at a 2001 2200 Logic 186 Cool Bay today with a Mercury 115 with fuel injection. Boat looked super clean and had limited hours. Three quick questions though:

The guy's asking 9k for it. Is this fairly reasonable?

In front of the console the flooring seems slightly "soft" in one small area. The flooring is plastic, though, and seems to have just warped upwards a small bit. Is this a problem with Logics or purely cosmetic?

Running vertical up the boat to the center console, from stern towards bow, the floowing has cracks (not defects, it's just how the floor is made) that seperate it into three sections or so. I noticed one had a little bit of the rubber sealer pulling up. Is that there just to keep that sealed and prevent mildew/etc or can water drain down into the boat from there? Seems like it must be the former since they're just weak little seals.

Anyway, thanks a lot for any tips.

Jesse

as for selling price , i sold my 01 186 w/ yama 115 four stroke in june '04 for 14,000.
so 9 is good providing the other items are not structural . this has been covered but i cant remember where . in some of the early models in areas where the surface area was thinner than others the plastic would do just right and you get those spongy areas. in the 210cc it is just in front of the mega strage ,but icant remember on the 186 maybe dick will see this and help from the tech side
