Raw water washdown

I have an '01 210 and would like to add a raw water washdown. Does anyone have information on where the hose fitting is installed at the factory and how the hose in run through the hull?

first, welcome to the family!!!
my 01 has the washdown pump mounted inside the console on the port side and the fitting just next to it. the hose runs in the channel that the drain line and supply line hoses for the livewell run in and up thru floor inside console. However , i plan to get that pump out of the console and mount it inside the bilge. i dont like the idea of a pump being inside the same compartment with my wiring.

Thanks a bunch for your reply, that's not a bad idea. I think I'll open the rear and install it in the empty thru-hull fitting next to the bilge pump and run the hoses like you did.

This is a great website, where I've looked at some really great ideas for my boat. I have made some mods of my own already, now I'll have to take the time to upload some pictures.

this weekend i relocated the washdown pump from inside the console to the bilge rear bulkhead wall just over the bilge pump. because the washdown pump inlet hose from the livewell pump pickup and the discharge hose to the faucet outlet were together inside the console all i had to do was to tie these 2 together with a coupling . the hose coming from the livewell pickup outlet was moved to the discharge side of the relocated washdown pump and i only had to use a piece about 30 inches long to tie the washdown pump inlet to the livewell pickup outlet and have a loop for the pump not to lose prime.
took the boat to a local river to see if what i did was better than the factory and it was!!!! before i had to turn on the livewell pump in order to help prime the washdown pump due to how far away it was from the water source . as soon as i launched and hit the washdown switch i had instant water due to the closeness of the pump to the water source... i had extra runs of wire in the bilge already for extra addons/emergency circuits if needed so wiring was not an issue.
i am curious as to this extra thru hull fitting you have . i'm not aware of any other owners ever having one of these ,espc. on the billge pump side.
because the boat had this done at the factory my livewell pump was a combo livewell/washdown style. sine you have had the livewell pump since '01 you might want to conside replacing this old pump with a new combo unit cause the is going to come a time soon when the orig. livewell pump is gonna fail. just something to think about.
i cannot get my camera to upload pictures to my computer so i cant post pics till i figure what's up with the camera. your big challange is getting a hose to whever you intent to locate the hose faucet outlet. i will give diminsions of where the hose entered the floor of the console. you may be able to use the opening in the floor where wires and cables enter ,but that area is pretty full on my boat.
anyway, if you need further info ,just give a shout.
robert
