Exclamation Can't add fuel to 01 Logic

Help I just rolled in to OBX to take my boat fishing . I tryed to fill the boat at the Quickie Fill and the pump kept shutting off like it was full. Thinking it was the stations pumps I went to another store ,with still no luck. I had no problems the last time I filled it in Aug. Unless the gas fairly filled it I know it was M T . Is there any thing I should look for . Gotta do some fishin Thanks Smilndawg

I usually have to either slow down filling the tank or not insert the nozzle very far, Bay 190 02'.

on my 01 ,i have to start r e a l l y slow until it starts flowing.the first time my brother filled up wide open ,the air inside the tank blew out and drenched him and the boat with gas. since then i start filling slow and then as the gas has found its way to the tank ,i then was able to fill it on up

Check that the vent hose isn't looped around and holding water. Also, if the vent opening on your 210 is next to the gas cap (it is on the 190), the larger splash guards on the gas nozel may block the vent opening.

Thanks guys I must have been trying to fill her to fast. Went to a third station ,kept the nozzle out some and filled it slower. The price shock knocked me for a loop though. Thanks again hope to help some of you guys someday. Carl GOOD FISHING ALL!!

Which Logic?

Hey, what model Logic do you have? I have a 2001 Logic 186 and have had the fueling problems too when there is the rubber thing on the fuel nozzle.
Glad you got it figured out.

Astrodiver ; Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I lost the site for a while. I have a 2000 Logic 210. It was a choice of a Harley or the Logic . I never regret not chooseing the bike. Good fishing . Carl
