Eagle Seacharter 502C DF IGPS Part No 116-24

I am thinking of getting the above installed in my boat. Does anyone have any experience with these? I'd be interested in your feed back.
I have an Eagle Cuda 168 DF but would like to upgrade to the GPS DF combo with the larger screen. It also has an internal antenna which I like. I also have a Garmin GPSmap Cx handheld but don't like it. Its to darn small to see and I have a Mac computer and non of Garmin's stuff is Mac compatible and Eagle is from what I've read. It will just be another toy for me and the boat but I would expect it to be easy to operate and fairly accurate. I'm also wondering if the current transducer installed on my boat for the Cuda will be compatible with this unit. I have a 150CC so panel space is limited but I think this unit would fit just in front of the cup holder.
