Lukoil is listed as a Gulf affiliate and on the water up here in Jersey they took over all the marine locations. However I know from investments Lukoil is the Russian label of Exxon. What does it cost for fuel everywhere else on the water we range around $3.50+ pending the week.

I put "Citgo" as I am a Citgo card holder and get a break on the gas when I use my card. But truthfully I have absolutely no loyalty and the cheapest dealer gets my business, period.

I always use Chevron as the additive package seems to be the best for any gasoline engine. I fill up in town where the prices are best, now $3.059, but unbranded gas at the marina is $4.019.

2002 Bass 170 with 70 HP Suzuki 4 stroke. With this combination, I usually get great fuel mileage and don't have to fill up but a couple of times a season.

ONe of the most interesting things I learned at the arson investigation school that I went to was in one of our manuals on evidence collection... that if you take a sample of gasoline to the crime lab that it cannot be determined what brand it is ...exxon, shell, bp...what ever because the distributers of the gas mix them all up together...
gasoline gets made at the refinery by company "A" but gets ditributed by indipendent distributers... as part of our course we watched over a period of time different gas stations and "followed" the restocking proceedures of the same truck going to every one of the stations in this city dropping the same gas into the tanks of different brands....
also watch the ground tank fills and count how many fill lids are there some stations have the regulare unlead, premium unlead, super unlead, and some times diesle... you will find that there are some stations that will sell regular for the premium price because they don' t have enough tanks in the ground ....
