Post Which Major Brand of Fuel do you run?

This is not a scientific poll really, but we are looking to secure some user group information for the U.S. Market

Also feel free to add any comments on how your performance has improved or decreased when switching from Brand X to Brand Y, and if you changing octane grades (87 to 93 for example) as the seasons change If you do though, and your profile does not reflect such, please denote the State in which you reside in your comments.

Now you may or may not see your "local" brand listed per say , but it is many times grouped under another Major Band and this list here http://www.answers.com/topic/list-of...ve-fuel-brands
may help you find which Major Brand it is listed under before voting...

Thanks for your vote and input

For those who selected "Unlisted" if you would please post the name of the fuel brand I will edit the poll to include them IF they are not already listed under a larger parent company

fuel survey

Im not sure what the parent company name would be,but my marina sells valve-teck fuel..supposed to be better, still contains the ethenol mixture,it supposed to be formulated for marine engines..this allows them to sell it at a higher price per gallon $2.50 currently..other marinas in the area are $2.30 per gallon..

I clicked unlisted. I normally put in QuikTrip gas cause I can get into the station that is near the lake where I normally go. QT gas is rated for most of the auto makers and is guaranteed not to mess up your engine.

Look again Brother,
It is on the list and is part of the Racetrac / Raceway company brands. I also found this link for you http://www.quiktrip.com/aboutqt/faqs.asp which I thought was interesting

I picked Exxon, BP and Unlisted. The unlisted was for Shell gasoline. Shell is pretty major in the DC metro area, not sure about other places in the country. I don't use any other gas stations. Only the majors.

Here is the deal......way out here in California...they sock it to us in fuel cost.....so it is like this..If I go solo, then it is off to the Arco station...if I go with one person, then it is off to Costco, If I go with 2 other person, then it is off to the good stuff of Chevron / Exxon. does this help
