Welcome to TriumphOwners.net cityman. I do a lot of looking out the window these days myself! I think we're 2-3 weeks away from some good Crappie fishing over at Lake Jordan so maybe I'll be pulling the cover off soon. We'd enjoy some pictures of your 210 when you have a chance to post them. What are you planning to change on the live well? And give a little more information on the boat moving from side to side, like at what speeds, etc. There might be some suggestions that could come out.

At low speed like trolling the side to side movement sounds like the low speed movement you get from prop torque. With a larg single engine not much you can do about it that I know.

Cityman, do you have trim tabs on your boat? If you do you can lower the tabs all the way while trolling and that will stop the left and right swing.
If you do not have tabs you can trim the motor up and that will slow the left and right swing down.
As for the live well overflowing you should have a plastic valve installed on the water inlet pipe in the live well. You can regulate the incoming water flow with it. That will stop the overflowing. If you do not have a valve installed you can get one at most home improvement stores.
Also check the livewell drain on the bottom of the boat and make sure that the strainer is not plugged with something.
You are inthe right place. Good luck, Bob
