Go Cats!
The 210 you are looking at will be a great boat for the Montana waters; Fort Benton Res. to the Flathead, well suited, comfortable boat. As far as the eBay purchase goes, I bought a Toyota Land Cruiser from a guy in Florida off of the Internet, sight unseen. People thought I was crazy, but I asked the seller to take it to a Toyota dealer (on my dime) and have them do a run through. The Toyota dealer said if I decided not to buy it, they would. I had it shipped to Oregon for about 1000k, never looked back, and still made out on the deal to boot; it runs like a top and can't even tell when I am pulling my 150 around. If the seller is serious about selling to you, ask him to take it to a dealer and tell him you'll pay for it, it'll be worth effort and far cheaper than that airline ticket. Good Luck!

I'll bet it would be good for the Flathead and Ft Peck and Canyon Ferry too. I actually bought the boat for fishing inshore and offshore out of Port Aransas Tx. My business is summertime only and I'm too busy between May and Oct for any fun stuff here.
I'm having the boat shipped to Corpus Christi Tx and will keep it stored there. We've been spending 3-4 months there for the last couple of years in an effort to avoid the below zero temps. (I'm wintered out) It's going to be hard waiting until fall before I can take it out and play From everything I've heard ans read, the Triumph really does seem like the absolute best choice. The 2003 210cc seems like a heck of a lot of boat for 16k |
