Hello everyone...

I am recently retired here in Pa. and figured its about time to catch up on my fishing. After reading the info on this site,it looks like these boats are the way to go. I hope to get a 170 soon.
Thanks,
Bill

Howdy Bill,

If I might ask, where do you plan to do your fishing? Lake Galena or Delaware River or ??? I have a 170CC that I use pirmarily on the Potomac River and on occaision, some of the local lakes here in Virginia. It's a great boat. I grew up in South Central Pennsylvania...Huntingdon County. Sure wish I would have had this boat back then!!!

Anyway, welcome and good luck with your search. Any specific questions about the 170CC, I'll be happy to try to answer.

Tight lines.

Yep, that's exactly my old stompin' grounds. My parents still live in Shirleysburg...I basically lived on the Augwick Creek and Juniata River. Also did quite a bit of fishing at Raystown, mostly from a very small Jon Boat. That is indeed a beautiful area...I plan to retire there when I get my kids off on their own.

Take care.
