What size fuel/water separator?

I have a Mercury 90 HP 2 stroke engine on a 2002 186 Bay boat, and I would like to install a fuel/water separator, but I don't know what size is correct for this engine. I understand that Racor is a good brand, but there are lots of sizes and I would like some advice on what is best.
