Talking crab cream sauce

be forewarned that this not for the calorie conscious
take a little butter about two table spoons and place it in a sauce pan, add a table spoon or so sugar to it and brown, break the Carmel with a cup of sherry( not the cooking kind it is too salty) then ad finely chopped green onions and diced garlic and crab lumps until well coated and the onions start to wilt.
final touch add a half pint of whole whipping cream and bring to temp. If it is too thin it can be thickened with a little cornstarch and milk.....

This is also great on baby spinach as a dressing or on grilled portabella mushrooms
