crab stuffed jalapenos

making the peppers today
2 doz fresh jalapeños sliced in half and seeded
two bricks of cream cheese
1 pack of fajita seasoning
1 bucket of picked crab
1 pound of thing bacon
mix the crab, cream cheese,and fajita seasoning first at room temp and let sit.
then slice the jalapeños length wise and scrape the seeds out
fill the peppers with the filling and wrap with 1/2 of a slice of bacon and hold together with a tooth pick. place the peppers on a cookie sheet lined with foil
bake at 350 until the bacon is done.
eat and wash down with a cold beer or two
