2 in the smoker

Fun fishing yesterday here in Eureka, too bad that fog settled in as it sure got cold. I didn't have a red hot bite just a nice steady slow pick on the salmon, kept a couple of 8-10 pounders to stink up the smoker with.

I had biters in at 140' and out as far as 250', most fish at 30-50' due west of the jaws (Mouth of Humboldt bay), silver flasher with a Purple Haze hootchie and a chovy combination and a #2 diver.

Out early for a before low tide launch and was out of the water and home by noon beacause I ran out of coffee and got cold.

Gettin to be a big wuss in my old age
