More on making bait!

I bought one of the green 12 volt bait lights from my local bait shop. It cost about
$40 and has a green flouresent and a white halogen light. I was able to try it today in Mulege.

I motored out at first light and dropped the light about 15 feet deep in the water and turned it on. The graph on my sonar went solid in minutes. I caught my two dozen baits in less than 15 minutes.

Hey "They're bitting", it works!

Thumbs up

Hi Jerry. I've added the "Hydro Glow" fish lights to our eStore. I haven't ordered my first one yet but plan to do so in the next week (especially after your report!). The Hydro Glow is considerably more than the one you purchased. Who makes it? If anyone is interested in the Hydro Glow here is the link, which includes free shipping.

Mackeral and big eye. I'm glad the squid didn't show up. They're Humbolt squid, each about eight feet long and from forty to sixty pounds!
