Fish Crazy in Mulege, Baja Sur

I've been in Mulege for seven fishing days.

In four days of Dorado fishing I've caught 27, at least 16 of them on a fly rod and another 11 on conventional gear. I could have caught at least double the amount if I had wanted but I was too tuckered out to fish more.

During those same four days I also caught a striped marlin on conventional gear, about 150 pounds.

I also fished the rocks for three days and caught over a hundred rock fish of different species.

Almost all the fish were released with the exception of one dorado and eight rockfish for dinner.

Here's a picture of the marlin.

NC, I'm not done, I'm here for a total of 45 days, that's just the first week's report. I know, now you're REALLY jealous!
