Rod Rigger Trolling
I was curious if anyone had any tips or experience trolling with Rod-Riggers? It seems to be a growing trend to utilize the rod-riggers with smaller boats so I just would love to hear any feedback and/or tips to use them.

I noticed that your rod goes all the way through...does that make it hard for the pole to stay stationary?? I mean does it move around on you during the troll???

It's very solid when in use and very easy to remove the rod when you have a fish on...just lift up and the entire top part of the holder pivots up out of it's cradle. Overall, I think this is a great system and it works really well for my type of fishing. Here's a link from Cabelas that has a video that shows them in use: http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/te...300&id=0012292 I hope I answered your question. Tight lines.
