Albright Vs. Double Uni??
I'm just getting started with Spiderwire, and learning the "new" knots.
The application will be connecting 25' of heavy mono shock leader to 50# spectra braid. Between the Albright and Double Uni...any advantage/disadvantage? |

Grog's is a kewl page--good, clear diagrams. He should annotate which knots are good
for the spectra braids, tho. Ah, found the answer on Power Pro's knot page: PowerPro - Catch The Power! Looks like the Uni is best for braid & mono with similar diameters, and the Albright is best for thin braid to thicker mono. |
